Nine-driver Architecture

Chimera pushes the sonic boundaries of what is possible in a wired earphone, incorporating a new, advanced nine-driver configuration that blends four cutting-edge driver technologies to elicit the best in texture, dynamic resolution, imaging, and a deep sense of sonic engagement.

Bone Conduction Driver

Embedded into Chimera's magnesium shell for improved resonance, creating visceral feel and low-end impact unlike any traditional IEM.

10mm True-Glass Dynamic Driver

Featuring a truly unique driver from Glass Acoustics Innovations with a dome made from specialised alkali glass processed for strength and acoustic performance.

Dual Diaphragm BA

Advanced balanced armature with dual diaphragms for increased mid-frequency richness while maintaining the speed and detail characteristic of BAs.

Dual High-Frequency BAs

Custom double high-frequency balanced armatures reproduce immense clarity and accuracy, balancing physicality with spacious imaging.

Quad Electrostatic Super-Tweeters

Four drivers moving with incredible precision to reproduce cymbals, reverb, delay trails, and micro detail with shimmer, air, and clarity.

Master Track Tuning

Final stage tuning damper layered into the nozzle adds cohesive overall tuning adjustment at the last stage of Chimera's output.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Instantly catching the eye is Chimera's unique faceplate, made from carbon fiber-brass damascus material. 'Bird's eye' patterned layers of brass folded into carbon fiber and CNC machined to reveal different gradients and patterns.

This creates a unique 'fingerprint' for each set of Chimera and a shimmering luster as light catches the carbon fibers, a quality known as chatoyance. No two sets are identical.

Premium Materials

Chimera's billet CNC PVD magnesium shell was carefully selected for its ultra-lightweight construction and superior sonic transmission compatibility with the bone conduction driver, as well as its premium feel and durability.

Available in gold PVD and black PVD colour options. Physical vapor deposition (PVD) plating delivers a highly durable finish with a distinctly premium feel, ensuring your Chimera maintains its stunning appearance for years to come.

Acoustic Engineering

Embedded Pressure Valve
Improves overall performance by tuning frequency response and allowing even diaphragm movement by removing air pressure build-up behind the driver.

Honing Performance
The incredible sonic performance is the culmination of over 50 iterations of acoustic routing and spatial tuning elements, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of sonic perfection.

Every unit is assembled by hand by our experienced production team. Each unit of the initial run was personally built, fine-tuned, and paired by founder and lead engineer.

Brass CNC Nozzle
Machined brass nozzle with subtle gold colour and brushed textured finish. Highly durable and resilient for frequent ear tip changes. Features new brass wire mesh nozzle screen.
